Release Limiting Memories
In the second interactive session, we release old, stuck memories and redirect all the energy we've put in them toward new, more productive paths.Many other shifts reverberate out when we release subconscious, stuck memories tied to the root. Releasing these memories can lead to everything from behavior changes to emotional shifts and new beliefs.

Untangle Stuck Emotions
When we experience intense emotions, we often can't fully feel them enough to let them go. This causes old emotional knots to stay in the body and fester over time.In session 3, we access old emotional knots at the root and gently release them without thought, talking, or analysis.
